Italian Restaurant Saizeriya
Background & Challenges
Saizeriya, one of Japan’s leading Italian restaurant chains, partnered with Alive for menu production as it entered the Vietnam market. During this critical brand launch phase, we provided end-to-end support, from menu design and full product photography to printing.
With a limited preparation timeline, the project required delivering high-quality creative within a very short timeframe to meet the store opening schedule.
Strategy & Execution Framework
Given the short timeline, the key to success was the precision of upfront planning.
– Listing all menu items
– Building a minute-by-minute shooting schedule
– Optimizing shooting flow based on the number of dishes
– Running photography and design in parallel
– Backward planning including the printing process
All elements were carefully planned to reproduce Japanese-quality standards in Vietnam, with strict quality control across both photography and design.
Through thorough preparation and close team collaboration, we delivered Saizeriya’s new menu at an exceptionally fast pace.
Optimization & Execution Approach
With only one and a half months, we leveraged our experience and network to support not only menu production but also sourcing tableware and related items.
We also coordinated in advance with a partner kitchen studio to ensure a smooth workflow, minimizing unnecessary processes as much as possible.
Results
Despite the tight timeline, through detailed planning and strong team collaboration, we completed photography, design, and printing for the entire menu on schedule, meeting the store opening deadline.
We successfully reproduced Japan-level quality in Vietnam, maintaining the brand’s identity and supporting a smooth market launch.
By handling the project end-to-end from production to delivery, we achieved both quality and speed, earning high recognition from the client.
