KOWA GENERAL FOODS VIETNAM
Challenges and Context
To effectively reach local food industry professionals (B2B) and increase brand recognition within Vietnam, we conducted market research and website planning tailored for the Vietnamese market.
We also carried out keyword research in Vietnamese and reflected the findings in the site structure.
Target Audience:
Food sales and distribution managers in Vietnam (30s).
Design Concept
In addition to showcasing the food processing business, the website also needed to introduce the warehouse leasing and trading divisions.
Therefore, we designed a clear classification system that visually conveys each business area’s appeal.
The site was implemented in three languages—Japanese, English, and Vietnamese, providing a seamless, user-friendly browsing experience.
Beyond organizing information, we focused on long-term SEO performance.
To help local users understand Japanese processed foods that are still unfamiliar in Vietnam, we planned recipe-based content alongside product listings, news, and blog sections.
Built on WordPress, the site allows flexible, scalable content management so that the client can easily update and expand information in-house.
Result
By leveraging Vietnam-specific search keywords and introducing a regularly updated blog feature, the site has successfully increased inquiries from local food distributors.
Online leads through the website have also grown, directly contributing to business expansion.
The multilingual design and visually appealing layout improved both user comprehension and brand trust.
Furthermore, with WordPress integration, the client can now update information quickly and independently, improving operational efficiency.
Message from the Project Team

Going forward, we will continue to support the client in maintaining a user-focused approach and enhancing the website’s overall quality and performance.
