Online Car Booking Website – Logitem Vietnam
Background & Challenges
Initially, the car rental service was just a sub-page on Logitem Vietnam’s main website, resulting in low online effectiveness and almost no online customers, relying mainly on internal company contacts, regular customers, or local media. To overcome this, the company wanted to build a separate platform to increase brand awareness and reach a wider audience. The new website needed to be attractively designed and clearly convey both core services: long-term contract car rentals for businesses and on-demand car rentals.
Production Process
Through market and competitor research, we found that demand from individual customers (BtoC) is higher than from businesses (BtoB), while competitors’ websites, although offering online ride-hailing features, are not truly intuitive or user-friendly. Since the overall pricing is not significantly different, the project team decided to focus on optimizing the user experience and building content tailored to the behavior of the target customer group to gain a competitive advantage.
PR Filming
Because the business hadn’t previously engaged in online communication, we conducted a new photoshoot based on real-life scenarios and resources to build a professional brand image. Alive handled the entire process, from concept development and location scouting to model selection and production organization. Despite a packed schedule across multiple locations in a single day, meticulous preparation and seamless collaboration with the client ensured a smooth shoot, resulting in high-quality materials for the website.

The Difference
Based on an analysis of the user’s context and psychology, the website structure is designed to help users quickly access information, easily understand the content, and easily book a ride. At the same time, the booking form is simplified in terms of information and steps to ensure the booking process is as quick and convenient as possible.
Achievements
The project received positive feedback from both the sales department and the driver team. In the future, the website will not only help expand the customer base through SEO and online channels, but also serve as an effective platform for current communication activities such as print advertising, with the expectation of further spreading and enhancing the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing.
During the website development process, although our team sometimes worked quite slowly, the project team remained patient, collaborative, and provided excellent guidance, which greatly benefited us.
