Context & Challenges
Seeking a fundamental image transformation for their company, they consulted us about branding their Vietnam branch and redesigning their website as part of a new branding strategy and strengthening their online marketing.
Their previous website lacked sufficient information and had an outdated design; a branding strategy befitting a global IT company was necessary.
Production process
First, we conducted thorough online market research and analysis, and meticulously compiled the company’s past philosophy, vision, and management’s perspectives to carry out a rebranding. From there, we proceeded with the design of the corporate logo. With the completion of the brand book, we used it as a basis to conduct further research and analysis of the website, define requirements (from new customer acquisition to recruitment), and then proceed with the design and development while maintaining close communication with the client.

Furthermore, to showcase our sophisticated IT company image realistically, we conducted a photoshoot of our PR staff in our office. This allowed us to capture the genuine appeal of our company, including the sense of teamwork within the organization, and we were able to utilize this in the design of our recruitment pages and other materials.

The difference
For branding, we focused on the fact that the company is an IT firm with many engineers, and has been operating in Vietnam for many years, not only through offshore development but also through domestic business operations. We redesigned the company’s identity and logo to ensure that its strengths and vision for the future are firmly rooted both internally and externally. We also designed business cards to be a valuable business tool supporting the sales team.
For the website, we collaborated with the client’s marketers to clearly and concisely present information about their business. We also tried to create separate landing pages for different target audiences, such as “Business” and “Recruitment.” We strategically implemented SEO measures and created a sophisticated, intuitively understandable IT company image by utilizing a variety of trendy animations.
Achievements
They were able to achieve a high ranking in search results, and combined with the effectiveness of their own advertising campaigns, the number of inquiries has increased significantly.
