Background & Challenges
In order to expand our customer base and boost online marketing, we were tasked with consulting on and redesigning the website. Although the old website already had information, its structure, design, and user experience were limited, lacking necessary data encryption, and the interface was outdated.
Production Process
Through research and analysis, we found that the oral care market is experiencing strong growth, particularly in Europe and the US, while the number of factories capable of providing full-service OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) solutions remains limited. Simultaneously, our experience operating in Vietnam is a significant competitive advantage.
Therefore, we reviewed our company’s strengths, analyzed market demand and competitors to identify key areas for emphasis. The website was designed to focus on our strengths and products, incorporating animation and intuitive icons to make it easy for viewers to access and understand the information.
PR Filming
Furthermore, to showcase the quality and professionalism of our production environment, we conducted PR video shoots and employee photoshoots at our factory in Binh Duong province. Direct on-site visits helped us capture authentic insights and effectively reflect them in our website content.
In addition, product photography for oral care products was also conducted at the ALIVE office.

The Difference
Through research and analysis, we found this to be a niche field with high competitive and growth potential. Therefore, the website was built to focus on clarifying elements such as the implementing unit, production location, products, and the high-quality service delivery process. All information is presented visually with images and videos for easy access.
In addition, the website structure is developed with a consistent narrative, emphasizing the advantages of a complete OEM package, from shipping to distribution, and the ability to realize a unique brand through the ODM model.
Achievements
We designed the interface in a user-friendly style, combining the clean feel characteristic of oral care products with the cheerful atmosphere of the manufacturing environment.
Despite the diverse product range, the interface remains streamlined by using pop-up displays on a single page, making it easier and more intuitive to use. We also believe this has contributed to the increase in contracts.
Immediately after the website update, we received an unprecedented amount of contact from Japan, Vietnam, Europe, and the US, which truly exceeded our expectations. At the same time, we also clearly felt the professional quality of work from ALIVE.
Not only did they support the website update, but the team also produced the PR video despite the hot weather, something we greatly appreciate and are grateful for.
